Student question: With my busy schedule, I only have twenty minutes to practice each day. Is there anything you can suggest?

I thought about this question while I was in India.  During a Q&A session, Abhijata talked about how we have to touch the standing poses, in our practice, everyday.  Standing poses are the foundation for all other asanas. However, it is important to create a well-rounded practice that incorporates different categories of asana (i.e. forward bending, back-bending, inversions, twists.)
To help you in your practice, I have attached Iyengar yoga sequences from the Iyengar Yoga National Association of the United States (IYNAUS) and a 20 minute yoga sequence created by Carolyn Belko of the Iyengar Yoga Center of North County, CA.

The studio provides individual & specialized privates, semi-privates, group private sessions, and yoga workshops. Roberta conducts local and out of town workshops. She specializes in yoga for scoliosis and back care. She uses props to help students and teachers of all levels transform their backbends, twists, standing and seated postures, as well as inversions like sarvangasana (shoulderstand). She also works with individuals who have physical challenges, specifically individuals with Multiple Sclerosis, CMT, Parkinson's Disease, scoliosis, and amputees in private, semi-private and group sessions.​​​

    This is my plight. I have a family and full-time job, which has me teaching rudimentary yoga classes to my after school class one afternoon per week. Personal time is nonexistent and I rarely have time for a full yoga session. I’ll try your resources and see if anything gets me on the path I’m looking for. Thanks!
